Paul C. Nylen is currently a partner of Nylen & Partners, LLC (N&P). Prior to N&P he practiced international tax at Deloitte Tax, LLP in Milwaukee, WI. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and is a licensed attorney in the state of Wisconsin. Prior to law school he graduated from the University of Iowa with a master degree in accounting (taxation emphasis). He is currently a licensed CPA in the state of Wisconsin. In addition to his duties at N&P, he is a tenured Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater (http://www.uww.edu/cobe/cobe-directory?dept=N211100). At Whitewater he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in tax, tax research, and international tax. He also created and taught the first course in the UW System on Blockchain in the State of Wisconsin. His research articles have been published in: Tax Notes, Tax Notes International, the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal, the International Tax Journal (CCH), The International Tax Review, the Bulletin for International Taxation, and the Akron Law Review.

Nathan C. osborn, JD

Nathan C. Osborn is a partner of Nylen and Partners, LLC (N&P). He is a Marquette University Law School graduate and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. Prior to practicing law, Nathan managed the Retail Portfolio Department for a large construction equipment manufacturer. Nathan grew up on a farm and has a unique perspective when it comes to helping families protect their assets from unintended beneficiaries. Nathan has helped hundreds of families with their estate planning needs and truly understands how important this crucial area of your life is. Additionally, Nathan has volunteered his time as a legal advocate, providing services to multiple nonprofits. Nathan enjoys his life with his beautiful wife of almost 20 years, Kate. Together they have three wonderful children. Nathan is an avid baseball fan and looks forward to the playoffs every Fall, regardless of who is competing for the next World Series ring. In his free time Nathan enjoys his time with Kate and the kids.
